Enrollment Documents (Required for Initial Enrollment):

One (1) copy of the student's birth certificate.
Four (4) passport-sized (4 x 6) student ID photos.

Admission Requirements (For Initial Placement):

Enrollment in the school.
Successful completion of the initial placement test.

Admission Application Documents (Required After Successful Completion of the Second Placement Test):

Student resume (Curriculum Vitae).
Academic transcript(s) from previous school(s).
Transfer letter (if applicable).
Academic record book (for students entering grade 5 and above).
